If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date of that product.

Unfortunately we can’t issue a refund if your return arrives at our warehouse more than 30 days after you received your order.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • It must be returned and delivered back to us within 30 days of receipt

Restocking Fee: All products returned are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.

All refunds go to the original credit card. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window and the result of the return is caused by us.

Buyer pays shipping to return the product to us.  

We do not provide a return label, you are responsible for return shipping.

If Dysfunctional Doll is at fault due to our mistake (for example: wrong items sent or damaged) for the return we will pay for the shipping to return the item or your shipping costs reimbursed.

Replacements and exchanges are not supported; customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.

Items that have been opened/used, smell of smoke or B/O, or items classified as hazardous materials are not returnable – this includes MAKE-UP. Please contact us for issues concerning these items.

POSTAGE RETURNS
Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal at the door will NOT be resent.  The order will be cancelled and refunded minus the actual shipping costs of the package plus a 20% restocking fee of the order.

Instructions on how to return items:

  1. Please contact us directly to receive return instructions.
  2. You can email us at cs@dysfunctionaldoll.com
  3. Include the packing slip inside the box and affix the shipping label to the box.
  4. Ship package to us using the designated shipping method provided to you in Step 1.

Refunds are usually processed in 5-10 days after we receive your return. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed.

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you'd like to exchange the item you purchased, simply return the product and place another order. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method used after we receive your return.

If you're ordering a different size of the same item, and the price of the item has changed since you placed your original order, we'll be happy to honor the previous price. Just let us know by contacting us directly.
